Reporting period: February 4 – March 4, 2026
In four weeks, we launched 10 concurrent A/B tests across the vetsak.com homepage and product pages, created 63 test hypotheses, and identified one clear winner with a +15.5% conversion lift at 97% confidence — ready to implement permanently. A second test shows a +23% lift trending toward significance. Testing has confirmed the configurator is Vetsak's primary conversion engine, and CTA wording has far more impact on conversions than layout or design changes.
Performance of all currently running experiments
Adding a second CTA button "Configure Your Sofa" alongside "Shop Sofas" in the homepage hero section. This gives visitors immediate access to the configurator — Vetsak's highest-converting funnel path.
Recommendation: Hardcode the dual CTA into the Shopify theme. This is a permanent improvement.
Testing 10 different CTA wordings for the primary homepage hero button. Best variant shows +23% lift. 1 variant auto-disabled for underperformance, 5 still competing. Needs 1–2 more weeks for conclusive results.
Optimizing the heading text in the "Design your dream sofa" section. 8 of 10 variants auto-disabled within days — strong signal on what doesn't work. Lead variant trending at +7.8%.
Testing CTA variations on the modular sofa section. Some variants outperform (+54%), while one underperforms (-4.7%). Auto-disabled weak variants, monitoring remaining.

What 4 weeks of testing revealed about vetsak.com visitors
VETS-35 confirms that exposing the configurator CTA in the hero section lifts conversions by +15.5% at 97% confidence. The configurator path is Vetsak's strongest conversion driver.
Changing a few words on a button generates +23% lift (VETS-29), while repositioning entire sections like press logos (VETS-14) shows nearly zero effect. Words convert, not pixels.
VETS-14 ran for 23 days with 15,551 visitors and showed virtually no impact (+0.65%). Trust isn't the primary barrier for vetsak.com visitors.
PDP tests (VETS-32, VETS-40, VETS-47) collected only 5–104 visitors in 8–9 days while homepage tests collected 4,000–15,000. Homepage optimization delivers results 100x faster.
The auto-disable system culled weak variants within days across VETS-29, VETS-43, and VETS-49, focusing traffic on promising candidates. We learn what doesn't work just as fast as what does.
8 out of 63 test ideas couldn't be implemented because VWO's visual editor can't handle certain Shopify theme elements. For these tests, developer resources are needed.
